Here’s a story that largely went unnoticed for years but deserves attention. In 2020, a 31-year-old Muslim immigrant doctor [Pakistani Muhammad Masood] was arrested by the FBI for plotting to become a “lone wolf” terrorist aligned with ISIS.
This doctor, who entered the United States on an H-1B visa, used encrypted messaging to communicate with overseas terrorists. Initially, he had plans to rendezvous in Syria, but that was thwarted due to COVID-19. Later on, he arranged to meet with terrorist operatives within the U.S., which led to his arrest by the FBI.
Remarkably, this individual once held a position at the prestigious Mayo Clinic. He has recently been sentenced to 18 years in prison for his actions. . .
[This] brings to mind Joe Biggs. Biggs, an Iraq War veteran and recipient of two Purple Hearts, was sentenced to 17 years in prison for the “terrorist” act of cutting a fence at the Capitol on January 6th. Biggs will serve one year less than a foreign-born Muslim convicted of plotting to join ISIS and kill innocent Americans. It’s mind-blowing how our government treats a non-violent US war vet the same as a guy plotting to team up with ISIS and murder innocent Americans. It’s truly unjust and reprehensible what our government has become.
